Hi, I’m Keara—personal trainer, nutritionist, mindset mentor, and your personal hype girl, and go-to for the newest dubsteps tracks.

I help busy women ditch the extremes, stop obsessing over the scale to build the strong, confident bodies they’ve always wanted.

My mission? To show you that you don’t need to do hours of high intensity cardio, survive on boring salads, or skip happy hours with your girls to see real results.

After growing up the chubby kid, struggling with my own relationship with food, over-exercising, and chasing the “smaller is better” mindset, I finally discovered what actually works: eating WAY more protein, lifting heavier with progressive overload, fueling my body (not punishing it), and having a plan that includes both structure and fun.

Now, I coach women to do the same. Whether you're just starting out, or you've been stuck in the all-or-nothing cycle for far too long, I'll help you create a healthy lifestyle you love and a body you're proud of.
